Marketing Intern

Locations: Headquarters – Mumbai

All selected candidates will be part of a 90 days Internship process under the Marketing Intern Profile wherein their performance would be evaluated.

Once their performance evaluation is gauged then they would be taken on board as a Marketing Executive.

  • Own a Laptop with a stable internet connection is mandatory.
  • The candidate would be using their own mobile phones and sim cards for this role.
  • It would be 6 days working in a week and there would be one week off per week which would be allocated as per the discretion of the Manager

The Selected Candidates will begin as an intern, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Birla Brainiacs way of Learning. They would be showcasing the unique Birla Brainiacs way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and Marketing in their designated zone.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting on-ground activities like the door to door, canopy activity, etc. (this includes field marketing)
  2. Engaging with parents/children and spreading awareness about a new product of Byju's
  3. Convincing parents/children to enroll in counseling sessions (this is done through our Android app)
  4. Generating leads on the ground and engaging customers through systematic BTL activation
  5. Handling creatives and materials carefully and placing them strategically for amassing footfall
  6. Maintaining excellent relationships with all clients/customers and team members
  7. Supporting in planning and execution on a daily basis
  8. Maintaining daily reports for daily reviews
  9. Handling queries of parents and students proactively
  10. Identifying opportunities keeping in mind effectiveness & cross-selling implications while adhering to brand guidelines
  11. Ensuring proper conduction of BTL campaigns and helping in achieving team outcomes

Qualification: – BBA/ BMS/  BBI / B.COM / BMM/BA (Sales & Marketing)

Salary:- Rs.3000 – 5000 Per Month

  • To visit schools and give demo of the product
  • To associate with channel partner/book/uniform vendors
  • To generate revenue from kit/book sales
  • To attend local / state level seminars or workshops and build a network
  • To ensure timely collection from the schools
  • Responsible for after-sales service
  • Create brand awareness
  • Handling tough negotiations/closing deals.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records
  • Should be amongst the Top quartile performer
  • Excellent Communication Presentations, account risk analysis.
  • Support marketing for lead generation campaigns

Business Development Executive

Locations: Work From Home – Remote

Experience Required

All selected candidates will be part of a 10 day OJT(On Job Training) process under the Business Development profile wherein their performance would be evaluated.

Once their performance evaluation is gauged then they would be taken on board as a Business Development Executive.

There will not be any payments made for the 10 day OJT period and they would be given salaries post they are taken on – rolls after successful completion of the OJT period.

  • It would be 6 days working in a week and there would be one week off per week which would be allocated as per the discretion of the Sales Manager
